Filip Eriksson is a Stockholm-based entrepreneur with ties to the real estate, technology and business development industries. He has been passionate about technology, design and digital user experience since a young age.

He began his career in real estate, where he saw potential in unused spaces. He created the Quality Office serviced office concept, developing it to four locations, including Sweden's largest office building of its kind at 12,000 m².

He is also the co-creator of award-winning sports and meeting spaces, such as Kajen, the 2023 venue of the year in Sweden.

Today Filip heads Parkit, one of the fastest growing proptech companies in Scandinavia, offering innovative digital solutions for parking, electric vehicle charging and mobility management. The company already employs more than 40 people and is growing rapidly in European markets.
